LocalAIConsult respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of ClarksvilleBiz.com to do the same. 1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the Middle District of Tennessee).
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
3. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
4. Business Listing Content
Business owners are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they submit to ClarksvilleBiz.com — including business names, logos, photographs, and descriptions — does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content in your submission.
